Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan. To switch plans, please see the instructions below on the mobile app:

App:

  1. Navigate to Menu and select BIGEIO Premium.
  2. Tap Subscription Management.
  3. Select Subscription Plan.

How much is the Premium fee?

The current price is $3.99 per month or $40 per year when paid annually.

Does 5.0% APY Apply to my Account?

Premium's 5.0% APY applies to Individual Cash account only. Please note BIGEIO Premium's 5.0% APY does not apply to IRA Accounts or Margin Accounts.

How do I activate my BIGEIO Premium Nasdaq Level 2 and OPRA data?

To activate your Nasdaq Level 2 and OPRA data, you must complete a questionnaire confirming you are not a professional trader. Follow the instructions to find this questionnaire.

App:

  1. Nasdaq Level 2: Select a stock from Markets, and navigate to the Order Book in the Chart. Click "Get Started" for Level 2 (Nasdaq Total View) and fill out the questionnaire.
  2. OPRA Options Quotes: Navigate to the Options Chain in Options. Click "Get Started" for OPRA Real-Time Data and fill out the questionnaire.

Desktop:

  1. Nasdaq Level 2: Select a stock or option from Markets. Hover over the N icon for Level 2 (Nasdaq Totalview) under the ticker. Click "Get Started" and Fill out the questionnaire.
  2. OPRA Real Time Quotes: Navigate to the Options Chain. Hover over the lightning bolt icon for OPRA Real-Time Data. Click "Get Started" and fill out the questionnaire.
